Frequently Asked Questions

iPad App Version: Why does a pop up appear with the message “Oops Something went wrong! Try again.” when trying to add a new patient and all required fields are completed?
The email is already in the system. Please return to ‘Search Patients’ and type the person’s first (and last) name to find the patient you are looking for. A list of names matching your criteria will appear so click on the name that matches the patient you are looking for.
Web Version: Why does the page freeze or not allow me to continue when trying to add a new patient and all required fields are completed?

The email is already in the system. Please return to ‘Search Patients’ and type the person’s first (and last) name to find the patient you are looking for. A drop-down should appear after typing the first or last name, so choose the name that matches the patient you are looking for.

Web Version: Can patients take the assessment on a desktop in the office?
Patients can take the assessment on a desktop in the office but it will only be the questionnaire. Go to wellbrain.co, login, and either add a new patient or search for a new patient. Next, it will take you to the patient profile, so click on public panel 🡪 register public panel 🡪 choose the panel you want for that patient and click add public panel. The panel will register with the link, so click on the link and the assessment appears in a new tab. It will not have the video or descriptor.
Both Versions: Will the patient receive Marketing info if we type the correct email in the field?
  • The email field is required for two main reasons and besides that will not receive marketing information.
    • To receive free login information for the WellBrain Go app, which provides a number of mindfulness sessions.
    • For BHI Automation. While you are able to change the email in the process, it allows for a quicker workflow knowing the correct email has been added in the beginning.
  • In addition, generic emails ruin our service reputation, so please ensure accurate email addresses.
